Corps Stakeholder Session on Implementation Guidance for WRDA 2018 to be Held February 11

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will conduct a stakeholder session, Monday, February 11, to get public input on the development of implementation guidance for various provisions contained in the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 (WRDA 2018).

The Corps will also seek implementation guidance input for two provisions of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 and three provisions of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 during the session.

Stakeholder session attendees are asked to share their thoughts and comments on any problems, challenges, impacts or other factors that they see as being critical for consideration during the development of implementation guidance. All stakeholders are welcome to provide oral comments during the session and will be selected to speak on a first-come, first-served basis.  

The Stakeholder Session will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The session is available by teleconference, which may be joined five minutes prior to the scheduled 8:00 a.m. start time. To participate by phone, dial (800) 288-8960

The Corps is also accepting stakeholder comments on WRDA 2018 implementation guidance during the ongoing 60-day comment period that closes midnight, February 12. Information about how to submit comments can be found here.
