World Dredging Congress Issues Call for Papers

The 22nd World Dredging Congress & Exposition (WODCON XXII) has issued a call for papers. This year’s event, April 25 to 29 in Shanghai, China, will feature the theme, “Enhance the Harmony Between Dredging and Ecology.” Topics of focus include: sustainable dredging strategy; environmental and ecological assessments of dredging projects; efficient dredging and reclamation technology; construction technology; beneficial use of dredged material; green and efficient dredging and ocean engineering equipment and more. One-page abstracts containing a descriptive title and author contact information can be emailed to the chairs of the respective regions-the Central Dredging Association (CEDA), CHIDA, and the Eastern Dredging Association (EADA), while those directed to the Western Dredging Association (WEDA) region should be sent to both info@westerndredging.org and RcRamsdell@GLDD.com. The deadline for submission is April 10.
