One award will be given for each of the three following categories: Dredging for Navigation – to create or maintain navigation channels; Environmental Dredging – environmental enhancement such as remediation or wetland creation; and Mitigation or Adaptation to Climate Change, including dredging or marine construction projects that exemplify and implement the World Organization of Dredging Associations (WODA) “Statement on Mitigation and Adaptation to Climate Change.” Click here to view the WODA statement.

The application deadline is May 4. Submissions should be in PDF format and emailed to Craig Vogt, chair of WEDA’s Environmental Commission at Craig@CraigVogt.com.

Awards will be presented during WEDA’s Dredging Summit and Exposition in Norfolk, Virginia, on June 27.
