Teledyne Marine Imaging (RESON, BlueView and Odom) has introduced a faster and simpler process for customers to access service and repairs. Now all repairs will be directed to the company’s ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility, where the service engineers and manufacturing team will work to remedy problems, bringing in R&D Engineers for any technical issues.
To access assistance, customers need to contact the Teledyne Marine Imaging support team, and, if warranted, have the item ready to be picked up for shipment to Denmark. The repaired item will be returned to the facility where it was picked up. Import/Export and transportation fees will now be free to customers.
