Just a note to thank you for sending IDR and the latest Directory to me.

The Directory is superb!! Quality layout color printing overall binding and cross indexing. I would be pleased and proud to have my advertising in such a publication. Congratulations on a job well done.

I was also impressed with the reporting of the ship impact with the dredge New York and the pictures showing the collision. Great Lakes should come out OK on that incident.

I just passed another milestone – geezerhood! I turned 80 last week. Hard to believe. I’m doing OK have over 1500 (walking) miles on my new knees and the X-rays show no sign of wear!!

Editor’s note: Steve sold dredging wear parts throughout the world for many years and I’m sure he has a great appreciation for the wear life of today’s knee replacements. Anyone who is discouraged by the limitations of their knee replacements needs to be aware of his story.
