Barry Holliday Retires from Corps of Engineers
Barry Holliday, Navigation Program Manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, has announced that he will retire from the Corps this month after a 33-year career with that agency. In addition to serving as Navigation Program Manager, he has also been chief of the Navigation and Operations Community of Practice in the Operations Division, Headquarters. He will go to work for the Dredging Contractors of America (DCA) as an association executive, where he will work in government affairs and policy and regulatory issues. DCA is a trade association representing the major U.S. dredging and marine construction contractors.
