Almodovar Steps Into PIANC Role

Lillian Almodovar senior manager and deputy director of the Corps of Engineers Institute for Water Resources (IWR) is the new PIANC USA Latin American liaison. She began the transition into her new role in February.

Almodovar replaces David Grier also of the IWR who has held the PIANC position since 2007. He is retiring in April of this year after 33 years as a navigation analyst for the Corps.
