Wooster Adds Denison Products to Inventory

Wooster Hydrostatics, Wooster, Ohio, has added the Denison Hydraulics product line to their inventory of remanufactured and serviceable products. The company also announced that it has acquired Fluid Power Solutions of Hilliard, Ohio.

Wooster specializes in servicing and rebuilding hydraulic pumps, motors and accessories.

Denison Hydraulics is a global manufacturer of hydraulic components and systems for the marine and dredging industry, off-highway and construction vehicles, mining equipment, environmental waste and recovery equipment, pulp and paper, chemical and other processing equipment, and in-plant equipment such as machine tools, plastic molding machines, die casters, and stamping presses.

"The addition of Denison shows Wooster's dedication to our customers," said Carl Robinson, National Sales Manager. "We offer the most thorough inventory so we can meet the immediate needs of almost any inquiry."

Newly-acquired Fluid Power Solutions represents the following manufacturers within the hydraulic pump, motor, valve and accessories market: Denison Hydraulics, Ortman Fluid Power, Stauff, Schrupp Industries, American Industrial, Gaumer, and Rotary Power.

"This acquisition represents a combination of a hydraulics service company (Wooster Hydrostatics) with a full service distribution company (Fluid Power Solutions)", said Mike Rogers, president of Fluid Power Solutions. "The merger will add technical support and application engineering to the Wooster Hydrostatics Service Group and expand the repair capacity of Fluid Power Solutions."

In addition to the Denison product line, Wooster Hydrostatics services, stocks and rebuilds Rexroth, Brueninghaus, Hydromatik, Uchida, Lohman and Stolterfoht, Calzoni, Dynapower, Vickers, OilGear and Hydrokraft products.

Wooster Hydrostatics was founded in 1990 and has since established itself as a major player in the hydraulic repair industry. Wooster Hydrostatics uses only original parts and testing procedures that exceed competitor processes and manufacturer expectations. The company maintains in-stock inventory that enables fast turnaround.
