WODCON 16 Set for Kuala Lumpur

Plans for WODCON XVI, the sixteenth World Dredging Congress, are in place. To be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at the Shangri-la Hotel, on April 2 through 5, the conference will include approximately 59 technical papers and more than 30 poster presentations on all aspects of dredging.

Oceanology International to be in Miami

The organizers of Oceanology International, the Americas, expect to host more than 350 companies from the global ocean business and research communities, at Miami, Floridas, Convention Center, April 3 through 5. The multinational flavor of the program, technical sessions, and exhibition augurs the prospect of record numbers of attendees to the conference and exhibition. Oceanology International in Brighton, England, in March 2000, drew more than 6000 visitors to see 600-plus companies.
